A Momo Truck on Fremont Blvd
Momo Cook Truck is a food truck at 40967 Fremont Blvd in Fremont. The menu is short on purpose: momos five ways, Hakka noodles and Triple Schezwan in three versions each, and a handful of Indo-Chinese starters. Everything is cooked when you order it.
What We Cook
- Momos — chicken or paneer, eight to a box, steamed, chili-sautéed or fried, always with the house tomato, sesame and garlic sauce.
- Hakka noodles — wok-fried with cabbage, onion, carrots and green peas; veggie (vegan), egg or chicken.
- Triple Schezwan — rice and noodles fried together in Schezwan sauce; veggie, egg or chicken.
- Starters — Special Chicken 65, Chicken Lolipop, Chicken Chili Lolipop, Honey Chili Potatoes, Veggie Manchurian balls in semi gravy.
- To finish — Royal Falooda; mango lassi to drink.
